Founded in 2009, Switch Telecom started with a clear vision: to disrupt an industry where customers were often left frustrated by long wait times, poor customer service, and restrictive solutions.  

Co-founders Richard and Steven Boothby saw the opportunity to innovate by offering a more personalised and efficient service model, ensuring customers always had a dedicated team ready to support their needs.
