The starting up or expanding of a telco is no small task, and in recognition of this, we have developed a comprehensive consultation and on-boarding process. This enables us to make sure all of your requirements are able to be satisfied by the Telcoinabox ecosystem, and also allows us to make sure your telco is a good fit for our services.
Depending on whether you’re starting up a new telco or adding more products to your existing telco offering, the process can take up to 3 months, so the sooner we get started the better.

When you register your interest with Telcoinabox you will be emailed a standard Non Disclosure Agreement for review. Simply read, sign and email back to receive our ‘Info Pack 1’ containing introductory information. Info Pack 1 is designed to give you an introduction to Telcoinabox and answer the many commonly asked questions when starting or expanding your telco.
Ready to chat on the phone or in person.
At Telcoinabox we pride ourselves on high-touch support right from day one. We have Wholesale Partner Managers located in every capital city to chat on the phone or meet with you in person. Wholesale Partner Managers will work with you on your business case, offering advice and guidance on go to market strategies. Additionally, we provide financial modelling tools to stress test the numbers and give some insight into projections for revenue and margin.

Our Wholesale Service Agreement (WSA) has formed the foundation of hundreds of successful relationships since we started in 2003. The WSA is a telecommunications supply agreement designed to cover the many products on offer coupled with the comprehensive range of back office services under one agreement.

Initial and ongoing industry leading training and accreditation programs are delivered to you and your teams to keep you ahead of the game. Training programs are delivered in person, online and via webinars and include sales, product and system components and assist you to learn about the support teams at Telcoinabox and how to get the most out of us.

Your Wholesale Partner Manager along with your newly assigned Relationship Manager will work with you and our support teams for the set-up of your telco.
Following our proven process for the set up and creation of rate plans, billing templates, customer service numbers, system logins and more, we work together to create your telco and increase its capability to sell new products for established telcos.
For a simple set up, Telcoinabox can have you live within days not weeks. For those larger businesses or established telcos looking for a more comprehensive offering or requiring unique system integration, our teams work together over longer periods of time.

Your telco is now fully operational and you can deliver market leading telco products, under your brand, to your chosen customer base.
Sign customers up and provision services in our Octane platform yourself, via web sign up forms or use our dedicated provisioning teams to assist you with the processing of your customer orders. Our customer care teams can now take care of your customers’ queries (or you can do it yourself) and when the time comes to bill your first customers, our Octane platform does all the heavy lifting whilst giving you full control and transparency where you need it.
Your Relationship Manager will continue to work with you on your business to enhance the operation of your telco and act as your internal Telcoinabox Ambassador, focused on helping you grow.
